Director / AVP – Talent Consulting
At KNOLSKAPE, you'll play a pivotal role in managing the Key Account Management function of the company. This is a very dynamic environment where the projects will vary; the only constant will be that you will be working on most important initiatives delivering world class products.
Your Responsibilities:
- Create a systematic, process-driven approach to strategize and build relationship leading to business growth.
- Ability to forecast revenue /plan and execute based on the annual revenue goals.
- Identify opportunities for deepening the client relationship
- Foster relationships with internal teams, and external partners to deliver business results
- Forecast, measure, present, report the results of various learning and consulting projects and its impact
- Being close to the market and monitoring respective trends & feeding this information back to the senior leadership team
- Entrepreneurial character and attitude are the key personality required for the candidate.
- Build and manage a team of Key Account Managers - responsible for developing the team through motivation, counselling, skills development and product knowledge development.
Eligibility:
- Has good understanding of Learning & Development ecosystem.
- Should have overall experience 10-14 years
- Has the capacity to deal with the entire continuum of activity from strategy development to execution
- Manage workload and ability to multitask between priorities to meet deadlines and quality expectations
- Possess excellent oral and written communications skills
- Analytical/problem solving skills; collects and researches data for data driven decision making
- Possess a constant push towards action and rapid experimentation.
- Exhibit agility and pay attention to details; prioritizes and plan work activities
- Possess excellent presentation Skills
- Experience to include global exposure, program management, people management.
