Director Global Partnership Sales - Bangalore

Responsibilities:
  • Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management.
  • Ability to forecast revenue /plan and execute based on the Annual revenue goals.
  • Monitor pipeline progress with each partner and support them grow.
  • Identify and source partnership opportunities globally.
  • Research partners identify key players and generate interest.
  • Collaborate with senior management and other marketing teammates to align our internal goals with new and existing partner relationships.
  • Negotiate and finalize partner onboarding by the company’s contract guidelines and policies.
  • Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organization - you will represent our brand.
  • Forecast, measure, and report the results of various projects with partners, including co-created and/or co-branded content promotions, lead sharing, and/or event partnerships.
  • Keep a great ongoing relationship with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership.
  • Building up a strong network of global in-licensing / development partners and cultivating them
  • Partner strategy development and implementation in the context of KNOLSKAPE’s B2B strategy
  • Being very close to the market and monitoring respective trends feeding this information back into the senior leadership team
  • Entrepreneurial character and attitude is the key personality required for the candidate
  • Able to work independently and even under pressure in a fast and quickly changing start-up atmosphere.
  • Planning and execution of Partner business plans s in close alignment with the respective internal functions
  • Ability to expand the Partner network and ensure across globally.
