Reports to: Head Of Finance

Description: Assistant Manager, Finance 
 Data-Driven Financial Reporting under IFRS. 
 Managing Multi-GAAP Financial Reporting. 
 Collaboration on Audits and Due Diligence with a focus on data integrity and growth mindset.  Leading Month-End Closure with Data Optimization on Zoho Books 
 Books Maintenance with Data Insights. 
 Data-Driven Expense Management and Analysis. 
 Procure to Pay Process Optimization with Data Insights. 
 Reporting and Analysis of General Operating Expense Movements. 
 Compliance Management for Indirect and Direct Taxes in Multiple Countries. 
 Data-Enhanced Valuation and Asset Management. 
 Key Metrics Tracking and Data-Driven Corrections for Continuous Improvement. 

Requirements:
 CA qualification with a minimum of 2 years of industry experience. 
 Excellent command of written and spoken English. 
 Proficiency in international accounting and taxation, with a data-driven approach. 
 Strong IFC Framework knowledge. 
 Hands-on experience in multi-country tax compliances. 
 Process orientation and data-driven problem-solving skills. 
 Proficiency in data analysis tools, including Microsoft Excel. 
 Self-starter and high level of integrity.
