KNOLSKAPE works with global organizations who are seeking to upskill or reskill their workforces to be future ready. The team is broken down into three functions: Sales, Solution Consulting, Customer Success (Implementation, Operations & Support). The teams operate globally and have members based out of our Singapore, Kuala Lumpur and India offices


As a Senior Associate in the Partner Management function, you will manage Knolskape’s Partners who have started their partnership with us and may be globally spread. In this cross-functional role, you can expect to work with members within Sales, Implementation, Enterprise, Marketing, Product, Finance and Legal.


Your Responsibilities:

Customer Success

  • Consult with the Partners on their needs and curate KNOLSKAPE products to meet the requirements
  • Responsible for the success of workshops, for both the client and facilitator
  • Take care of workshop logistics for the clients & partners
  • Enable the partner team on the admin portal & help them with license issuance, bug fixing & other operational tasks
  • Help the partner prep for the workshop, answer any questions they may have about the workshop be the face of the company and ensure smooth delivery of the workshops
  • Help facilitator with preparation & alignment calls with the end clients/ partners
  • Serve as primary point of contact when customer issues arise, troubleshooting, and ensuring quick resolution
Lead Generation
  • Identify potential Partners and profile the organisations to qualify their suitability.
  • Use phone calls, meetings, presentations, etc., schedule sales appointments for the team by managing our existing relationships & by generating new business opportunities for KNOLSKAPE
  • Ensure effective prospect communication and follow-up by documenting all designated calls-to-action, follow-up dates, complete profile information, lead source, and prospect interaction in the CRM system (HubSpot).


Basic Qualifications:

  • 1 – 5 years of work experience managing senior customer relationships
  • Should ensure customer retention, renewal, and growth
  • Background in customer success
  • Strong communication & lead generation skills
