KNOLSKAPE works with global organizations who are seeking to upskill or reskill workforces to be future ready. The partner management team at KNOLSKAPE is an intersection of sales, consulting, operations and support, and manages partner organizations across 20 different countries.

As Senior Associate in the Partner Management team, you will support and manage Knolskape’s relationship with global partners, relentlessly seeking to build operational success and enable long-term partner satisfaction and retention. This role will be responsible for supporting the partner management team with partner acquisition, onboarding, deployment, engagement and other projects to help scale the partner ecosystem. In this cross-functional role, you can expect to work with members within Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, Product, Finance and Legal functions across India, Malaysia, Singapore, UK and USA.
 
Your Responsibilities:
  • Own all day-to-day communication with key partners
  • Understand and lead all aspects of technical integrations
  • Act as the data strategist for each account, providing insight into ecosystem, trends, and future growth
  • Consolidate and lead quarterly business reviews with strategic partners
  • Be on the forefront of partner communication responsible for escalations to executive management
  • Promote awareness of KNOLSKAPE’s upcoming research and products
  • Support new partners to on-board to our platforms and to make sure they get the best start to the partnership
  • Analyze partner performance, create reports and present back to partners to ensure they are engaged and informed
 
Basic Qualifications:
  • Experience: 4+ years of relevant work experience, preferably including client-facing responsibilities; experience in learning and development and exposure to different global cultures is preferable
  • Organizational skills: Able to prioritize, perform under pressure, multi-task, pay attention to detail and is data-driven
  • Communication skills: Excellent oral and written communication in English.
  • Technical skills: Digitally-savvy, is familiar with Hubspot CRM, One Drive and Microsoft applications
  • Drive and self-motivation: Hunger for learning, agile, willing to take action and is result-focussed
  • Customer centricity: Natural relationship builder who enjoys working with others and is able to collaborate well with others
