Product Positioning and Messaging: Develop clear and compelling positioning and messaging for the L&D product, emphasizing its unique value proposition for SMEs.

Market Research: Conduct thorough market research to identify target customer segments, understand competitor landscapes, and stay abreast of industry trends.

Buyer Personas: Create detailed buyer personas to guide marketing strategies, understanding the needs and pain points of HR and L&D leaders in SMEs.

Go-to-Market Strategy: Devise and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives and revenue targets.

Content Development: Collaborate with the content team to create engaging and informative marketing collateral, including blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, and product documentation.

Sales Enablement: Provide sales teams with the necessary tools and resources to effectively communicate the value of the L&D platform to potential clients.

Product Launches: Plan and execute impactful product launches, coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure successful market entry.

Competitive Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze competitor activities, identifying opportunities and threats in the market.

Customer Advocacy: Cultivate customer advocacy programs, collecting testimonials, case studies, and success stories to reinforce the platform's value proposition.

Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory changes, incorporating relevant insights into marketing strategies.

Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Product Development, and Customer Success, to drive cohesive and impactful marketing initiatives.


Requirements:


Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. MBA is a plus.

Experience: Proven experience (3+ years) in product marketing, preferably in the SaaS industry.

Strategic Thinker: Strong strategic thinking skills with the ability to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and messages.

Analytical Abilities: Proficient in analyzing market data, identifying trends, and translating insights into actionable strategies.
