Senior UX/UI Designer

Role:

As a Senior UX/UI Designer, you will have the privilege to be the voice of our customers. You will hence be expected to be a creative, innovative, empathetic, and passionate problem-solver. As part of this role, you will - research, understand the pain points, and translate the insights into meaningful and delightful user experiences. You will create a direct impact on our customers’ by ensuring both functional and experiential product designs.

Requirements:

1. 5+ years of UX/UI design experience.
2. Should have experience in user-centred design (UCD), planning & prioritizing, conducting user research, user testing, A/B testing, rapid prototyping, usability and accessibility concerns.
3. Experience in creating user flows, storyboards, journey maps, Information Architecture, wireframes.
4. You’ll be expected to design and deliver UI mock-ups, Prototypes, MVPs and Final product within the timelines.
5. Hands on experience with tools of the trade like Figma, Photoshop, Sketch, Adobe XD etc.
6. Work closely with internal and external stakeholders for User Research Interviews & Surveys and translate research insights into your designs.
7. Communicate effectively with other designers, developers, tech leads, product managers, and other stakeholders.
8. Creative, Innovative and Passionate approach towards solving problems.
9. Proven work experience.

Responsibilities

1. Manage and execute the long and short-term goals & deliverables of the design team in a fast-paced environment with ambiguity.
2. Manage cross team communications and collaborations with Product, Tech, and Business owners.
3. Multitasking with a portfolio of products.
4. Lead a strong feedback loop on the design process across the multifunctional teams.
5. Maintain and evolve the documentation, and processes.
6. Create frameworks and heuristics for the Design team to operate within.
7. Mentor junior designers and guide them.

1. Graduate from a premium design school.
2. Familiar with frontend development practices.
3. Experience in a start-up environment before.
4. Experience in designing digital products for the US market.
5. Experience in using various AI tools for designing and editing like midjourney, pictory.ai etc.
