Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Senior Content Developer with extensive experience in the Learning and Development (L&D) domain. The ideal candidate should have a background as an L&D content specialist, encompassing knowledge of fundamental instructional design frameworks and storyboarding. This role demands adaptability to a dynamic and flexible environment with rapid turnaround times and evolving requirements. A key responsibility is to understand customer needs, design and develop appropriate solutions, and ensure successful content delivery.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years in Leadership and Behavioral Training, with a strong focus on content design.
- Proven expertise in conducting stakeholder conversations for need identification and analysis.
- Extensive experience in learning and development, talent development, instructional design, or related disciplines.
- Solid working knowledge of adult learning and leadership development principles.
- Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate and present to all management levels, including senior executives.
- A proactive research and learning mindset.
- Advanced skills in MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Publisher), Adobe Pro, and web-based collaborative platforms (e.g., SharePoint). Proficiency with e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate.

Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Analysis:
- Conduct and participate in stakeholder conversations to comprehend client needs, challenges, and requirements.
- Develop stakeholder analysis reports and obtain client sign-off.
- Gain a deep understanding of assigned areas and customer needs.
- Content Design, Development, and Maintenance:
- Understand business problems, learner profiles, and evaluation methodologies to implement effective learning solutions.
- Apply adult learning principles in content development.
- Employ various techniques to create instructional content.
- Develop course materials, including hands-on exercises, collaboration with subject matter experts, and utilization of existing documentation.
- Conduct deep research to contextualize content to client industry needs and challenges.
- Create collaterals for each module, such as quizzes, assessments, reading materials, case studies, exercises, and activities.
- Develop instructor notes to complement training material.
- Utilize authoring tools like Articulate, Lectora, and Captivate for creating learning materials. (Optional)
- Internal Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gain buy-in for recommended solutions.
- Process Improvement:
- Track feedback on all content elements.
- Gather feedback from internal teams, client stakeholders, and facilitators.
- Analyze feedback and implement corrective measures to improve content.
- Build and maintain a comprehensive content repository.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience in curriculum development and content creation for leadership and behavioral training.
- Strong knowledge of instructional design and storyboarding.
- In-depth understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design models.
- Proficiency in authoring tools and multimedia content creation software.
