Role Description: L&D Consultant

 The Consultant will focus on designing solutions for the KNOLSKAPE leadership and digital programs. They would also play an L&D advisory role to the on the best solution for the organizational needs. The Consultant also supports our business development teams by offering in-depth advice in sales meetings and client proposal. The consultant also needs to develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue and increase the conversion rate. The consulting with clients may be around defining business drivers, competency mapping, and pinpointing the learning need based on the organizational challenges. Costing of the design will also be taken up by the Consultant. Post sales execution for certain projects by ensuring the learning design is implemented will also be required.


Major responsibilities include the following: 

Design, develop and deliver business-focused L&OD solutions.

Consultative selling

Create blended learning journeys, including assessments, projects, coaching and success metrics.

Ability to understand and pitch KNOLSKAPE products (Digital & Leadership) to align with the client requirements

Provide high level, integrated consulting to assist clients in evaluating/implementing our solutions. Develop long term business relationships with clients.

Collaborate with internal team members for project execution.

Provide support to sales teams in sales proposals and presentations requiring in-depth expertise. Participate in conference presentation & marketing events.


Role Requirements 

Excellent command of written and spoken English. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong internal and external client service orientation

Demonstration of progressive achievement, high work standards and energy.

Develop and demonstrate a deep understanding of KNOLSKAPE’s technology products and solutions.

Travel between 20-25% as and when needed.


Qualification: 

4-8 years of relevant experience in consulting, L&OD role

Alternative degree in HR or Business Administration, with additional experience

Experience in leadership development design / solution

Experience in assessment technology solutions (simulations, Psychometric and cognitive assessment centers) will be beneficial

Experience in consulting clients around leadership development, digital learning, organizational development and/ or Succession Planning
