Role: Senior Manager – Global Partnership Management

KNOLSKAPE is looking for a Senior Manager in the Partner Management Team who will be responsible for engaging, growing and managing the relationship of a portfolio of global partnerships. The manager will have a portfolio of clients with which he/she will directly interact and support and will oversee the professional development and supervision of an associate. The manager will report to the Director of Global Alliances.
 
Responsibilities:
  • Provide high quality relationship & account management to nurture and retain KNOLSKAPE’s partnerships
  • Be the main point of contact within KNOLSKAPE to ensure partnership goals are delivered in a mutually beneficial way
  • Project manage partner onboarding, enablement and engagement for KNOLSKAPE throughout the year
  • Responsible for ensuring all partner external assets are signed off and meet KNOLSKAPE brand guidelines
  • Ensure key deadlines are met to deliver partnership objectives
  • Support the Partnerships team to meet income targets
  • Support the Partnerships Lead in budget management and forecasting
  • Ensure that the legal and financial commitments of the partnership are delivered
  • Ensure partner income investments are reported on to demonstrate impact and aid storytelling
 
Qualifications:
  • 8+ years of corporate experience, including at least 5 years of managing professional services engagements and working with resellers or partners
  • Strong experience driving Business Development, Strategy, Partnership & Operations for start-ups to enterprises across diverse markets and customers
  • Experience working with and leading cross functional teams and geographically dispersed partner base.
  • Ability to present complex information to partner executives and colleagues in a clear and appealing manner.
  • Experience of relationship management with senior stakeholders
  • Strong & effective Communication skills – both written and oral
  • Effective time management – to be able to respond quickly and effectively to partnership needs
  • Creative thinking – experience of developing products / offerings with a retailer or consumer facing brand
  • Team management and development
  • Highly proactive and self-driven
