Role Description: CS(Solutioning)

 The Consultant role will focus on the following aspects:

  • Client connects to understand the learning need

Ability to understand and pitch KNOLSKAPE products (Digital & Leadership) to align with the client requirements

  • Designing of learning solution journeys in line with the client requirement
  • Provide high level, integrated consulting to assist clients in evaluating/implementing our solutions.
  • Leading the project management for projects in scope
  • Demonstrating thought leadership


Role Requirements 

Excellent command of written and spoken English. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Prior experience in Learning and Development

Strong internal and external client service orientation

Develop and demonstrate a deep understanding of KNOLSKAPE’s technology products and solutions.

Travel would be occasional


Qualification: 

1+ years of relevant experience in a Learning & Development role

Knowledge of established L&D frameworks, solutions, theories

Awareness and exposure to assessments- behavioral, knowledge-based, psychometric and others

Knowledge of Digital learning
